The skirt is one layer of pouf quality net, a row of ruffled net at the hem with four rows of 1“ lace trim and a little pink feminine bow attached to the hem. The underskirt is of….what else?….paper nylon with a row of ruffled paper nylon at the hem! Does IT rustle! (Don’t wear this whilst on the phone--they will never hear you!) The bodice is of quality lingerie nylon with adjustable shoulder straps and 1” shirred elastic inserts on each side. It is offset with a tiny pink bow in the lacy-highlighted chest….AND
